Due to Hurricane Helene’s damage to WNC, I have been displaced to SC and am unable to operate black + bloom for an indefinite amount of time. There is currently no power, water or internet at my studio and am unaware of when those utilities will return. Keeping everyone in WNC in my heart during this crisis and as we all continue to process and move forward, however that may look for each one of us. Stay safe!

All you need to do is explore the catalog and find the arrangement packaging, size and color scheme you like, provide the fabulous recipient’s details and place your order. And we’ll create your design using the best of the season in bloom flowers and hand-deliver your arrangement on the selected date. All arrangements are made to order and will be one-of-a-kind.
Place your order by 10am for same day floral delivery. Deliveries made between 12-7pm every day.

In trying to minimize waste, we have been collecting pint-size glass jars to upcycle for black + bloom’s CAT floral arrangement containers. These jars are all cleaned up and ready for a new purpose in life…and what’s better than being filled with flowers!
If you ever order from me more than once or sign up for subscriptions, you can leave your containers outside your house for me to take and reuse again. If you want to know how to clean the labels off your own jars, here is a blog post on how to do that.

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Weaverville, Asheville, Fairview, Marshall, Barnardsville, Woodfin, Swannanoa, Leicester, Alexander, Mars Hill and some more Eastern areas of Candler (email us to check if we deliver to your Candler location).
Where do you source your flowers?
Between the months of April-October, our flowers and foliage are sourced as much as possible from local farms and the gorgeous nature all around us. During the winter months, we source direct from US-based wholesalers combined with foraged local greenery and dried plants.
Can I tell you what flowers to include?
The magic of this experience is that we’ll pull together a beautiful arrangement featuring the best seasonal blooms Mother Nature has to offer. Because of that, we are not able to provide specific flowers. Our mission is to bring the joy of flowers to more humans and introduce you to new varieties, interesting colors and beautiful textures to truly surprise and delight.
What happens if no one is there to receive the flower delivery?
If you’re not available at time of delivery, we’ll leave your flowers in a safe, sheltered place and send you a text message to confirm delivery.
